Sonam Wangchuk alleges smear campaign by Ladakh Lieutenant Governor
Sonam Wangchuk accused the Ladakh Lieutenant Governor’s office of orchestrating a social media smear campaign and harassing his institutions, urging President Droupadi Murmu to intervene. His allegations come amid a dispute over HIAL’s land lease and an order to stop classes at its Desert Flower School, which Wangchuk and his wife say will remain open.
