Only 1 local terrorist active, Srinagar faces persistent threat inputs: IGP Kashmir
Addressing a news conference, the IGP Kashmir identified the lone active local terrorist as Muhammed Lateef Bhat of Kulgam, who is linked to two terror attacks earlier this year - one in Anantnag that killed a police official and another in Kulgam in which two migrant workers from Chhattisgarh were shot dead.
