SIR 2026: EC gives excluded electors another chance to make it to final rolls
The Election Commission has given voters marked absent, dead or duplicate another opportunity to get their names included in the final electoral rolls in seven states undergoing the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). The states are Delhi, Maharashtra, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Telangana and Nagaland.
